Well, hell. I'm off to an inauspicious start.

That's right. I've made my first blow of the year. To be fair, it was a second-year Gryffie -- and, Pansy, you should know that she was doing a rather... unflattering impression of you. So the little bint had it coming. I mean, I know this is probably crap for my future reputation, but I've got a present reputation to uphold. Violence may not always be the answer, but damned if it doesn't work. Plus, like I said, she had it coming.

...I miss last year already. Now why is it Professor Umbridge left, exactly? She was my 'in.' Also, no Umbridge means no Squad. Augh. I really miss last year.

Crossing my fingers that this year will be good. Starting with that Gryff maybe being smart enough not to rat me out?
